Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Dunia hari ini dalam ketidakpastian. Ada masalah geopolitik dunia yang sedang terjadi. Tetapi kejadian ini sebetulnya menambah keyakinan kita akan program yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kita.

Di masa pemerintahan Bapak Presiden Prabowo, Indonesia sedang melakukan satu proses yang kita sebut tidak hanya transformasi, tetapi lebih kepada restorasi — bagaimana kita mengelola perekonomian negara kita.

"Situasi global ini menambah keyakinan bahwa sebuah negara yang berdaulat harus mampu berdiri di atas kakinya sendiri, mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap negara lain, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kelangsungan hidup bangsanya."

Banyak orang cenderung melihat programnya saja, tetapi tidak melihat latar belakang dan cara berpikirnya. Bapak Presiden Prabowo selalu berkeyakinan bahwa bangsa yang sustain ke depannya harus memiliki dua hal: pertahanan dan ketahanan.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

The world today is engulfed in uncertainty. There are ongoing global geopolitical challenges. But these developments have actually deepened our conviction in the programs being carried out by our government.

Under President Prabowo's administration, Indonesia is undergoing a process we describe not merely as transformation, but more precisely as restoration — fundamentally rethinking how we manage our national economy.

"The global situation reinforces the conviction that a sovereign nation must be able to stand on its own feet, reducing dependence on other nations — especially when it comes to the survival of its people."

Many tend to focus only on the programs, without looking at the background and the way of thinking behind them. President Prabowo firmly believes that a nation that is sustainable in the long run must possess two things: defense and resilience.

Detail 4 Pilar Ketahanan

Pilar 1 — Ketahanan Pangan

Tidak ada negara yang bisa berkelanjutan jika untuk makannya saja tidak bisa memenuhi sendiri. Pemerintah saat ini sedang melakukan pencetakan sawah, membangun irigasi, menambah pompa untuk sawah, serta mengembangkan kebun jagung dan bawang.

Kita memutus mata rantai rentenir dengan membangun Koperasi Merah Putih — yang tidak sekadar koperasi biasa, tetapi berfungsi menyejahterakan petani, meningkatkan produksi, menyediakan pinjaman tanpa rentenir, serta menyiapkan gudang agar harga hasil panen tidak anjlok.

Kita juga berhasil menurunkan harga pupuk 20% dengan mengubah model bisnis PT Pupuk Indonesia dari cost plus menjadi mark to market. Kini pabrik pupuk dimodernisasi, distribusi dievaluasi, sehingga produksi meningkat.

Hari ini kita sudah swasembada pangan. Bulog bahkan kewalahan menampung hasil pertanian karena harus menambah gudang.
Pilar 2

Pilar 2 — Ketahanan Energi

Kita mengimpor LPG dan gas, padahal sumber daya kita banyak. Karena itu kita membuat program hilirisasi: DME dari batu bara menjadi gas. Kita juga mengubah bisnis model PGN dan Pertagas, tidak lagi main di hulu tetapi di midstream dan downstream, mendistribusikan gas ke rumah-rumah (sedang uji coba di Batam). Efeknya: subsidi berkurang, impor berkurang, devisa outflow berkurang.

Kita sudah menghentikan impor solar. Kita punya sumber pengganti, dari B40 menjadi B50. Kita juga menanam jagung dan ubi untuk dikonversi menjadi etanol, mengurangi ketergantungan impor BBM.

Pemerintah juga membangun oil storage dan kilang, serta meningkatkan lifting dari tahun ke tahun, demi menciptakan ketahanan energi.

Pilar 3

Pilar 3 — Ketahanan Sumber Daya Manusia

Negara yang sustain harus menciptakan generasi muda unggulan. Saat ini angka stunting kita di atas 20%, akses pendidikan sulit dan hanya dinikmati segelintir orang. Karena itu diluncurkan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) — bukan sekadar makan, tetapi memutus mata rantai kemiskinan melalui gizi yang cukup untuk meningkatkan intelektualitas generasi muda.

Pemerintah membangun Sekolah Rakyat untuk memberikan pendidikan yang setara bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia tanpa batasan finansial. Bapak Presiden juga mengirimkan ratusan ribu smartboard ke seluruh sekolah di Indonesia untuk menstandarkan cara mengajar guru.

Kementerian Kesehatan juga melakukan tes kesehatan gratis dan tes TBC gratis. Sekolah Garuda dan universitas-universitas unggulan, termasuk fakultas kedokteran di setiap provinsi, akan dibangun untuk mempercepat penambahan tenaga medis.

Pillar 1 — Food Security

No nation can be sustainable if it cannot feed itself. The government is currently developing new rice fields, building irrigation systems, adding water pumps for farmland, and expanding corn and shallot plantations.

We are breaking the cycle of predatory lending by establishing Koperasi Merah Putih — not merely an ordinary cooperative, but one designed to improve farmers' welfare, boost production, provide loans free from loan sharks, and establish storage facilities to prevent harvest prices from collapsing.

We have also succeeded in reducing fertilizer prices by 20% by shifting PT Pupuk Indonesia's business model from cost-plus to mark-to-market. Fertilizer factories are now being modernized and distribution is being reassessed, leading to increased production.

Today, we have achieved food self-sufficiency. Bulog is overwhelmed absorbing agricultural output and has had to expand its warehousing capacity.
Pillar 2

Pillar 2 — Energy Security

We import LPG and gas despite having abundant domestic resources. That is why we launched the downstream processing program: converting coal into DME. We have also shifted the business model of PGN and Pertagas — no longer operating upstream but in midstream and downstream, distributing gas directly to households (currently being piloted in Batam). The effects: reduced subsidies, fewer imports, and less foreign exchange outflow.

We have stopped importing diesel. We have domestic alternatives, moving from B40 to B50. We are also cultivating corn and cassava for conversion into ethanol, reducing dependence on fuel imports.

The government is also constructing oil storage facilities and refineries, and increasing annual oil lifting, to achieve energy security.

Pillar 3

Pillar 3 — Human Resource Development

A sustainable nation must cultivate an excellent younger generation. Currently our stunting rate exceeds 20%, and access to education is difficult, enjoyed only by a privileged few. That is why the Free Nutritious Meals Program (MBG) was launched — not merely about food, but about breaking the cycle of poverty through adequate nutrition to elevate the intellectual capacity of the younger generation.

The government is building Sekolah Rakyat to provide equal education for all Indonesians regardless of financial background. President Prabowo has also distributed hundreds of thousands of smartboards to schools across Indonesia to standardize teaching methods.

The Ministry of Health is also conducting free health screenings and free tuberculosis tests. Sekolah Garuda and other centers of excellence, including medical faculties in every province, will be established to accelerate the expansion of the healthcare workforce.

Negara berdaulat harus mampu memiliki kekuatan ekonomi sendiri. Selama ini ketergantungan pada investasi asing sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu dibangun Danantara sebagai sovereign wealth fund yang diharapkan menjadi motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi ke depan.

Banyak narasi keliru di media sosial yang mengatakan Danantara menjaminkan aset BUMN — itu tidak benar. Ada dua entitas terpisah: Danantara Asset Management (pengelola aset BUMN) dan Danantara Investment Management (pengelola investasi dari dividen). Tidak ada aset BUMN yang dijaminkan untuk investasi.

Pillar 4 — Sovereign Wealth Fund

A sovereign nation must be capable of building its own economic strength. For too long, Indonesia has been highly dependent on foreign investment. That is why Danantara was established as a sovereign wealth fund, expected to become the engine of future economic growth.

There are many false narratives circulating on social media claiming that Danantara is pledging SOE assets — that is incorrect. There are two separate entities: Danantara Asset Management (managing SOE assets) and Danantara Investment Management (managing investments from dividends). No SOE assets are pledged as collateral for investment.

Dividends from healthy SOEs are then reinvested. Tomorrow there will be approximately 13 groundbreaking projects, including the refinery in Cilacap, demonstrating our economic independence.

Kesimpulan — Pergeseran Paradigma

Keempat pilar inilah yang membungkus pergeseran (shifting) dari artificial economic growth menjadi fundamental economic growth.

Bapak Presiden berpikir bahwa selama ini kita tumbuh secara artifisial — dinikmati segelintir orang, ketimpangan melebar, kelas menengah turun, kemiskinan tetap bahkan melebar. Inilah yang ingin diubah menjadi pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis fundamental, yang tumbuh dari bawah dan dinikmati semua orang.

"Memang tidak terbiasa dalam 1–2 tahun ini karena kita melakukan perubahan fundamental dari cara mengelola ekonomi yang artifisial menjadi fundamental. Karena itu, penting bagi kami menyampaikan ini agar kita memiliki kesamaan persepsi."

Mengenai implementasi, pemerintah mengharapkan masukan dari seluruh rakyat Indonesia karena tujuannya sama: kebaikan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.

Conclusion — A Paradigm Shift

These four pillars encapsulate the shift from artificial economic growth to fundamental economic growth.

President Prabowo believes that for too long we have grown artificially — benefiting only a handful of people, widening inequality, shrinking the middle class, and leaving poverty unchanged or even worse. This is what he seeks to transform into fundamental-based economic growth, which rises from below and is enjoyed by all.

"It is understandably uncomfortable during these first one to two years, because we are making a fundamental shift from an artificial approach to managing the economy toward a fundamental one. That is why it is important for us to communicate this — so that we share the same understanding."

Regarding implementation, the government welcomes input from all Indonesians, because the goal is the same: the well-being of every Indonesian citizen.
